While at MedLink, Tim Kraft managed the design and construction of the 9,000 SF cardiac and vascular diagnostic and treatment center. Project included three components, a licensed ambulatory surgery center, an MRI & CT imaging center, and new 480V electrical service and electrical generator.  The project was completed in 4 phases – the first phase was comprised of the practice area, including patient waiting, reception area, and exam and consult rooms. The second phase involved patient recovery areas, one Cath lab and staff support areas. The imaging suite was completed in the third phase. One future Cath lab will be completed at a later date, concluding the fourth phase.  The project is located in an existing two story medical office building. The imaging center is located on the first floor and the ASC is located on the second floor. The project was approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services as an Ambulatory Surgery Center in February 2014. Imaging Center completed May 2014.
